Free 2-hour parking is available behind Bottle Hill Tavern and on King Street. Free 90-minute parking is available on Waverly Place.
Should you arrive late by more than 15 minutes your operator may need to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments requiring greater than 1 hour will require a credit card at time of scheduling. This includes all Keratin treatments and Balayage services.
Cancellation of Keratin or straightening services with less than 48-hour notice will incur a 50% charge. All no-shows will incur a 100% charge.
Gratuities for exceptional services are graciously accepted in cash, Zelle, or Venmo payments and are not included in the price of any service or gift card.
We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, AMEX, and Visa payments for services, gift cards, and retail products.
There is a 3.5% credit card fee on ALL credit card transactions.
An ATM is conveniently available at Chase on Waverly Place.
Retail product sales are non-refundable.
We understand that occasionally hair corrections may be required. We request to be notified within 24 hours and that the correction appointment is scheduled within 5 days of original appointment.
